Sourcing Trip to Hong Kong: Day 3 & Day 4

Day 3 starts with meeting at 9 a.m. at the hotel lobby and head out to Sham Sui Po by MTR. After arriving I immediately went to Moon Yue but make a visit to a shop just next to Moon Yue, where they specialise in printed fabric. Since I don’t have any plan to use printed fabric, I didn’t take long there. From the printed fabric shop, I went to the nearby park where one of my lecturer is holding a consultation but the time slot have been filled to the evening, so I get consultation time for tomorrow morning. While I’m at the park, I put together the samples of fabrics that I collected the day before and staples them to the sketches of looks  to give an idea where I want to use them.

After lunch I went back to Moon Yue and bought another fabric. Then, I went and look around in other fabric shop and trimming shop before I went to Wa Fat to order a fabric, which will arrive tomorrow. I went back to Moon Yue to collect the fabrics that I have bought and went back to the hotel after getting dinner.

Day 4 starts the same as day 3 where we meet at the hotel lobby at 9 a.m. and head to Sham Sui Po. After arriving I went to the park near Moon Yue for consultation with my lecturer. After a thorough consultation, I went and buy the fabrics that have been approved at Wa Fat and Moon Yue. I left the fabrics that I have brought at those shops and went for lunch, after lunch I head to the fabric market and again buy the fabrics that have been approved.

I went to Wa Fat to collect the fabric that I ordered and the one I bought before lunch and head to Moon Yue to consult more with my lecturer about the fabric that I lack. After that I collected all the fabric that I have bought and went back to the hotel.
